The content is divided into 2 blocks:

  • One is to improve the physical skills necessary to be a high-level player: coordination of movements, agility, speed, balance, strength and manual eye coordination.
  • The other to develop a healthy body; preventing the most typical sports injuries, compensating for muscle imbalances, strenghtening the body, protecting the joints and stretching.
