Course goals:
Educatennis offers the coach a deep analysis of the fundamental aspects of footwork and court positioning of high level players and how to train this aspects on the tennis court.
In the modern game, making fast movements on the court is vitally important, as well as being in sinc with the incoming ball. A combination of factors are key to have great footwork; it starts with a good recognition of the ball, then having a good understanding on how to move and position on the different situations of the game and finally being able to perform the movements with precision mantaining balance, speed, and coordination.
In this course Educatennis divides the contents in two areas:
- Movemnts on court: We show you the different movements around the court depending on the tactical situation and the incoming ball. Focusing on the specific technique of each of them and how to work them on court.
- Position on court: We show you where to stand in court in diferent tactical situations to be ahead of the game.
