Description:
The coach through points or “Games”, proposes activities where certain tactical situations are recreated so players learning by doing. Players will develop their competitive skills thought specific game situations.
Goal of the activity
Create competitions where the conditions and rules of the game favor the development of the shots that you want to work:
- Forehand
- Inside-out Forehand.
- Sliced backhand.
- Backhand
- Nert game.

Practical examples
Being offensive with the forehand:
“Playing Up to 7 or 10 Points; 3/4 of the court against full court – developing the Forehand as a weapon”:
Start of the Game: The player that has 3/4 of the court is not allowed to hit Backhands – only Forehands.
Rules: If the player using 3/4 of the court hits a Backhand – automatically loses the point. If one of the players approaches the net -then both players can play out the point full court up to its termination.
Scoring:extra points can be given in case any player executes a Winner shot, etc.
Variants: this game can be started by Serving instead of Feeding(recommended allowing only 1 serve).
Being offensive with the inside-out forehand:
Same game but now the player using 3/4 of the court develops the Forehand Inside-Out/In stroke.
Being offensive with the backhand:
Same game but now the player uses 1/2 court and develops the Backhand stroke.
